Hit or Miss: Destiny's attire to Ibibio day

Her assemble I don't understand, so I am bring it before the jury. 

She paired a gold lace top with a kente_like wrapper material, a pair of slipper and a bag/clutch (I'm confused here as to what it is).

She adorned her neck and wrist with Igbo cultural beads, and a choker... Pfft, there's just too much going on.

I maybe having a shallow view on here, so I'm letting it fly, what do you think of her look? 

Would you consider it a hit or a miss?
